About On-Site Catering
Typically a minimum of 40 guests is required to secure the Tope là Catering Facility. Tope La offers a wide variety of menu choices that cater to each client's individual needs and wants. We offer prices based on lunch, dinner, and hors d'Oevres menu options beginning at $14 per person for lunch, $19 per person for dinner, and $17 per person for custom designed hors d’Oeuvres menus. We recommend making your reservations as far in advance as possible, so that you are able to book the date of your choice. At that time, a $150 non-refundable room fee will be required in order to save your date. We cannot guarantee a reservation without this fee and signed confirmation. The client must provide a guaranteed number of guests anticipated and a plan for event setup seven working days before the scheduled event. The remaining balance of your function will be due the date of the event. Please contact us for information on how to guarantee your special date.
Food and Beverage
A 9% sales tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage purchases. Tope là Catering does not allow any food or beverages to be brought onto the premises without consent. Iced tea, water, and coffee are included in the base price of every catering event. We offer liquor packages that include, but are not limited to bottled beer, wine, premium liquor, and soft drinks. A client may choose from two types of bar setups either cash or open bar styles.
Parking
The parking malls located along Cate Street, as well as parking on East Thomas Street may be used for all catered events. When possible, Tope là will block off an area in front of the catering facility for drop off and pick up only, prior to and after an event. Tope là Catering is handicapped accessible.
Off Premise Catering Services
Tope là Catering provides off-site catering services. Each off premise catering event price will vary depending on distance, size of event, and other expenses such as rentals, plateware, linens, and other events supplies. Contact us for specific information.
